Labour will force a vote on protecting holiday pay and the 48-hour week after the Business Secretary admitted workers' rights were being reviewed after Brexit.
Boris Johnson will face a Commons bid to enshrine employment rights previously protected by EU law amid fears hard-won protections could be scrapped.
Kwasi Kwarteng, the new Business Secretary, confirmed this week that officials were looking at employment rules, including the working time directive which sets limits on the working week.
His admission came after the Government repeatedly denied it was planning to overhaul workers' rights now the UK has severed ties with Brussels.
