It is up to the police to decide if people who are caught breaking lockdown rules - like Stanley Johnson or Jeremy Corbyn - face fines, Downing Street has said.
Last night, The Mirror revealed that Boris Johnson's dad was caught red-handed without a mask while shopping. Just hours later a picture emerged that showed ex-Labour leader breaking the rule of six.
Labour's shadow mental health minister Rosena Allin-Khan has said both high-profile men should pay a fine. She said: "Anyone that breaks the law should pay a fine." "We all have a responsibility to adhere to the rules." But Downing Street refused to call for Mr Johnson's dad and his ex-rival to be fined.
