A full-time carer has invented his own version of a classic game, becoming a part-time bingo caller for his isolating neighbours.
Aaron Davidson, of Egerton, set up a bingo machine and speakers in his driveway and posted bingo cards through the letterbox of every house on his street.
But instead of money, self-isolation essentials such as pot noodles and toilet rolls were the jackpot prizes. Aaron said: "It was really good fun, there was only about three people on the entire cul-de-sac who didn't join in. "We didn't realise how dark it was actually going to be but a few people had little fire pits in their garden. "We put the toilet rolls and pot noodles out as a joke but then people were putting out sweets and bottles of pop for the kids
