Beginning every day with a litre of water to kick-start her system, TV’s Zoe Salmon believed she was being healthy. For years, the model and former Blue Peter presenter had followed advice about its benefits – a glowing complexion and an antidote for the effects of caffeine and wine.
But the Northern Irish star didn’t realise her consumption – eight litres a day at its height, four times the recommended daily amount – could have caused serious health problems.
