Police have made an arrest after a man was woken just after 4am by an armed intruder who held a pistol to his head and demanded cats.According to a reports from the Laurium Police Department in Houghton County, Michigan, the victim woke up at 4.14 on Wednesday, March 24, to find the firearm pressed against his head.The literal cat burglar told the shocked households that he wanted the two cats that lived at the property, and wasn’t taking “no” for an answer.After some discussion, the robber made off with just one of the cats.
A 52-year-old man from the nearby village of Calumet, Michigan, was apprehended a short time later, according to a police news release.A firearm was seized as evidence during his arrest and the suspect was later booked.
