Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell (born December 18, 2001) is an American singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Highland Park, Los Angeles, Eilish began singing at a young age. She gained media attention in 2016, when she uploaded the song "Ocean Eyes" on SoundCloud, subsequently released by Darkroom and Interscope Records. "Ocean Eyes" was written and produced by her brother Finneas, with whom she collaborates on music and live shows. Eilish's debut EP, Don't Smile at Me (2017), reached the top 15 in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

Billie Eilish, A$AP Rocky and Post Malone lead the names for Governors Ball 2021, which will take place this September.The New York festival will celebrate its 10th anniversary at this year’s event, as originally planned for the 2020 edition.While some acts booked to play last year’s cancelled festival remain on the line-up, such as Dominic Fike and Carly Rae Jepsen, there are some major differences, with all new headliners in Eilish, Rocky and Post Malone.The likes of DaBaby, Leon Bridges, 24kGoldn, Future Islands, Tate McRae, Orville Peck, J Balvin, Megan Thee Stallion, Phoebe Bridgers, King Princess, Bleachers, 21 Savage and Jamie xx will also feature at this year’s Gov Ball.
