Bid to prevent hairdressers' shop becoming homes

They are opposing plans to turn a once-busy hairdressing salon into a house of multiple occupation (HMO) for six people. Councillors Claire Reid, Jack Naylor and George Newton represent Denton South on Tameside Council.

Branded 'Team Denton South', they have taken to social media to protest 'in the strongest possible terms' to a planning application which would see Cleopatra's on Haughton Green Road become an HMO.
