Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.
Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

BRITAIN'S Got Talent stars Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden were seen having a tense conversation moments before going on air.

The judges - who are close friends away from the cameras - were snapped outside The Hammersmith Apollo before the live show on Thursday.

Alesha looked strained as she had a discussion with Amanda before they went on air. It's unknown what the intense moment was about, but the pals were all smiles as they got back to work.

It was another dramatic semi-final last night as Simon Cowell made an on-air apology after his criticism left a girl in TEARS.
