Beverley Callard feared she 'wouldn't work again' when she quit Corrie after 32 years

Beverly Callard chatted to Lorraine Kelly about her career post-Coronation Street and admitted that her “whole world opened up” after she left the soap.Lorraine welcomed the actress on to the show to talk about what she has been up to since she left the cobbled streets behind two years ago.Beverly mentioned her a recent filming project in which she was “flirting with Johnny Vegas”.Lorraine complimented her: “I feel though you’re having a great time right now, your personal life is great, you’ve got a lovely man, your career’s really good, you look terrific.
