Celtic legend and former Hamilton Accies manager Bertie Auld has died at the age of 83.From Strathaven, Auld is well-known for his time as a player at Celtic, where he wrote himself into Scottish football folklore by winning the Champions League with the Hoops.He was also capped by Scotland.After leaving Celtic, he finished his playing career at Hibs, while he took in a short stint as manager of Hamilton between 1982-83.Auld also had spells as boss at Partick Thistle, Hibs and Dumbarton.The Lisbon Lion was a beloved figure around Celtic and regularly appeared at games and club events at Parkhead.The former Accies boss was diagnosed with dementia earlier this year.
