A pack of international buyers is howling along to Werewolves Within. The new comedy-horror film from director Josh Ruben (Scare Me), was snatched up by indie distributors across Europe, Asia, and Latin America following its premiere at Berlin's all-virtual European Film Market earlier this month.
Based on a virtual reality video game by Ubisoft, Werewolves Within stars Veep alum Sam Richardson as Finn, a forest ranger assigned small town of Beaverfield.
When a snowstorm traps Beaverfiled residents together inside the local inn, Finn and a postal worker Cecily (Milana Vayntrub), another recent arrival, must try to keep the peace and uncover the truth behind a series of gruesome murders that locals believe could be the result of a real-life.
