Sara Cox has debuted her incredible body transformation after she gave up booze to embark on a gruelling fitness regime.The popular radio host took to Instagram to share the results of her ten-week exercise programme as she showed off her sensational new body.Sara, 47, wowed her fans with the muscle-bound images as she displayed her toned six-pack and bulging biceps.Thanking her fellow Radio Two host Rylan Clark for his help in supporting her transformation Sara - who was once known as a 'ladette' for her party antics - confirmed she had quit drinking to aid her fitness bid.Dressed in a navy sports bra and bike shorts she posed for the camera and flexed her impressive muscles to wow her fans online.Sara also shared a clip of her workout regime with her followers to help them see what a typical day in the gym entails for her.Sara captioned the pictures: "YASSSSSS done & after 10 weeks I feel ruddy ace.

Loved not drinking - tho 2 big family parties AND an all-inclusive holiday on the wagon was a challenge but definitely worth it."Been into fitness for a bit but really needed a kick up the tush & this has been brilliant."Pretty chuffed that I cracked it aged 47.
