Deborah James has explained to Instagram followers that she is "trying to find the diamond moments in the rough" as she continues her end-of-life care.The podcaster tragically revealed in May that there was no more that could be done to treat her stage four cancer as she returned home to be with family.With her harrowing and touching story reaching the hearts of many, Deborah went on to raise over £6.5 million for Cancer Research and was awarded a damehood by the Queen for her tireless efforts.The You, Me And The Big C host has already explained that doctors have no idea at this stage how long she has left to live and therefore Deborah is taking each day as it comes - enjoying some of the many things that we all take for granted.Having relocated to her parents family estate in Surrey the Bowelbabe hero took some time out to enjoy a meal out.It is rare for Deborah to leave her lavish country estate but she instead opted for a change of scenery to bring in the weekend while appreciating the feels of the warm weather on her skin.The mum-of-two took to Instagram with a happy snap of herself tucking into what looked like a delicious and nutritious meal outside in a beautiful setting.She penned: "Happy Friday!
