BBC reality star Jasmine Burkitt’s cause of death revealed as heartbroken fiancé says ‘so much has changed’

FORMER BBC reality star Jasmine Burkitt died after being found unresponsive in a tent she was living in, an inquest heard. Jasmine, known as Jazz, appeared in BBC Three reality show Small Teen Bigger World a decade ago.

The 28-year-old was discovered unresponsive by her fiance Lewis Burke's mother in the tent the couple had been living in. An inquest heard how Jasmine's provisional cause of death was given as cardiac failure.

A toxicology report found levels of an antipsychotic drug used to treat conditions such as depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder were present.

The hearing was told there had been a "decline in her mental health" prior to her death on June 12.
