BBC Breakfast host Naga Munchetty discussed moving jobs with listeners as she confessed she's stayed in her job far longer than anticipated.The 47-year-old kicked off her BBC Radio 5 Live show as she talked to a man named Walter Orthmann, 100, who has been working for the same company since 1938.He broke the Guinness World Record for working at the same company for 84 years, prompting Naga to tell her listeners to get in touch to let her know how long they'd been at their jobs.She said: "How long have you been with your company?

Longer than you, perhaps, thought you might be?"Naga added: "I'm certainly here longer than I thought I'd be for many reasons.

But I always had a view that to move around, move jobs, move companies is a healthy thing."She prompted: "What do you think?

Do you love the work you do? Do you love your colleagues or are you simply stuck in your ways and quite comfortable and quite happy there?
