BBC Breakfast's Dan Walker has reached out to Chris Kamara after the former footballer shared that he was having trouble with his speech, telling him to "stay strong".

Sky Sports pundit Chris opened up about his health after viewers commented on him appearing to slur his speech.He tweeted: "Just wanted to let a few of you know who tweeted me today that I am ok ish."Alongside my thyroid problem I have developed apraxia of speech and have been working to get my speech back to normal.
