The 43-year-old’s stock is high after delivering on his three-year plan to take Kelty into the professional ranks. And Alloa see the former Clyde manager as the man to kick-start their own promotion push after relegation from the Championship last season.
The Wasps are currently managerless after Peter Grant stood down at the end of the campaign. Ferguson is set to hold talks with the Recreation Park outfit on Tuesday but Record Sport understands the Ibrox icon could.
