Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Airdrie and Coatbridge Advertiser: “She said she didn’t want any fuss for her birthday, but we think she’s quite enjoying all the attention! “She’s had lots of lovely flowers and cards, including from the Provost.“Although we can’t have any gatherings, she’ll see my daughter and I for her birthday; and she also has her sister, Josephine, who’s 98.“She’s still in the same house in Bargeddie where she’s lived for 80 years; and she still likes to do things like knitting and crochet.” Maureen celebrated her past two birthdays at special tea parties thrown by her friends from the Young At Heart group, while her 100th birthday in 2015 was marked with a mass at St Kevin’s and a celebration for 130 relatives and friends.
