The publication was also told he'd been off his medication for several days, and his team was worried he'd relapsed.Sources close to Bam claimed the reason why he left the facility was due to the split from his wife.In a recent interview, Bam's Jackass co-star Steve-O explained why Bam wasn't involved in the new Jackass Forever movie.Speaking openly on the Hotboxin' with Mike Tyson podcast, the star explained that Bam didn't have "power to stay sober and be healthy".He said: "Bam had so many interventions, he was locked up in so many rehabs, and by the time we were making Jackass 4, they thought, maybe if we try this: 'you can be in the movie if you get healthy and stay sober'."It was.
