Since establishing herself a household name in 2017, Prue Leith has become a much-loved figure in the UK thanks to her appearances on the hit show The Great British Bake Off.
The chef cemented her status as a national treasure further when she offered her services to the government on how they could make hospital food healthier - producing an independent review and providing series of recommendations.
Boris Johnson commented on her findings and it appears he's not the only high profile figure who's noted her work. It's been rumoured that the 81-year-old is set to be made a Dame in the Queen's Birthday Honours.
