The heartbroken mum, whose partner is Ex On The Beach star Ashley Cain, has been sharing her journey through grief after the death of her daughter four weeks ago.
Today, she took to her Instagram Story and said: "I've found it really really hard to get out of bed and get any kind of motivation and it's causing me so much anxiety to come out and do anything. "But I took this step today to get out to the gym and do some more classes where there are more people around to try and control this anxiety that I've got and try to do something.
