To celebrate the contribution of countless individuals up and down the country, the Asian Media Awards are honouring the “unnamed key worker” as their Asian Media Award media personality of the year award.

Working with two youth groups, they have released a video to celebrate the everyday winners of the award. The award honours all of those who have risen to help a nation in need and the video shows young people celebrating this year’s winners.

This is not just our NHS frontline staff, but our cleaners, train drivers, our favourite takeaway chefs and so many more. The Asian Media Awards said: “We felt it wasn’t just enough to recognise the emergency workers and those on the frontline putting their own lives at risk during the ongoing
