The former footballer and reality star revealed that he had suffered breathing problems after contracting Covid-19, but has since been recovering.
Following his illness, Ashley told his fans to ‘enjoy your freedom’ but to be ‘cautious and conscious.’Sharing a video of himself wading into water to enjoy a swim, the 30-year-old wrote on Instagram: ‘Yesterday was not only England’s freedom day, but the end to my personal isolation after contracting Covid.
I personally opted away from clubs, pubs, gatherings and got out in the countryside on a 25 mile bike ride and 20 minute fresh water swim..
