Azaylia is battling an aggressive form of leukemia after being diagnosed when she was just eight weeks old, and doctors have now told the family there's nothing more they can do for her.
She's spending her final days at home, and Safiyya has vowed to shower her with love and make every moment count. However, the worried parents rushed the tot back to hospital via ambulance after her heart rate spiked.
She had to undergo her second emergency platelet transfusion in the space of a week, but Safiyya has revealed she has now been discharged.
