Bought for £30million from Porto back in June, the Portuguese midfielder had to wait until the 3-1 defeat to Manchester United at the start of September to make his first appearance for the Gunners, coming off the bench in the 74th minute at Old Trafford.
After fully overcoming a foot injury that kept him out in August, Vieira made his first start for Mikel Arteta's side against FC Zurich in the Europa League earlier this month.
He followed that up with his full Premier League debut against Brentford on Sunday - and he marked the occasion in style.
