Manchester United are reportedly keeping a watchful eye on the current ongoing saga between both Chelsea and their defender Antonio Rudiger.
Rudiger, whose contract is set to expire with the current European champions this summer, is being watched by a whole host of clubs including Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Tottenham Hotspur.
However, the Independent claim United are ready to pounce should Rudiger and Chelsea fail to agree terms. Rudiger’s current deal is set to expire in June 2022 and with negotiations between club and player at a standstill he could depart Stamford Bridge on a free transfer in six months' time.
The 28-year-old has been a mainstay under Thomas Tuchel, starting all but one of 15 Premier League outings this season. Else
