Antiques Roadshow guest was told she'd bought a hidden gem at a fraction of its true value when she visited the show at Newby Hall in North Yorkshire.In the episode of the BBC One show from Sunday (April 18) antique expert Lars Tharp examined a jug with a unique blacksmith-themed motif.The guest explained she'd bought it for £10 and was attracted by the design.She said: "I bought it quite a long time ago because I’ve been involved in horses all my life and I was intrigued by the decoration on it.""I have shod a horse in the dim and distant past under extreme supervision," she continued.The design features a large burner and a table of coals, as well as a striking hammer, an anvil, and the bellows."And that to me suggests undoubtedly this.
