Antipsychotic drug may have led to death of woman, 58, inquest hears

Elaine Mylchreest, 58, was found collapsed on a sofa in the Medlock Ward on the Moorside Unit at Trafford General Hospital on December 15 2019.

Attempts to revive her by the hospital's crash team were unsuccessful, South Manchester coroner Chris Morris and an 11-member inquest jury at Stockport Coroners Court were told.
