Anne Heche‘s 20-year-old son Homer Laffoon and her former partner James Tupper are both battling for control over her estate.
It was previously reported hat Anne did not have a will before her death and Homer filed to be named as the executor of her assets, but now James is claiming that she did have a will. James filed legal documents on Thursday (September 15) in which he alleged that Anne named him as the executor of her estate when they were together, more than a decade ago.
