Countryfile presenter Anita Rani made it all the way to the semi-finals with her professional dance partner Gleb Savchenko back in 2015, but ultimately failed to get her hands on the glitterball trophy.

However, she also unfortunately pulled her hamstring during her time on the show - an injury that she says could give her grief for years to come.

Anita, 43, is not afraid of tough training conditions, confirming that hardcore survival show Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins is something she would be up for in the future.

However, she confessed in an interview that this year has left her “exhausted” and questioning whether she has the mental resilience for the show.
