The Greater Manchester mayor has claimed the restrictions are an “infringement of civil liberties” for double vaccinated residents, according to The Times.
Mr Burnham has ordered an analysis to see how much money is being lost from the region's economy after Scottish ministers ruled out the prospect of compensation for affected individuals and businesses.
