Douglas Ross is not interested in uniting the country or prioritising a national recovery from the coronavirus pandemic. The Moray MP and part-time assistant referee is set to launch the Tory manifesto later which is expected to oppose a second independence referendum.
The Tories are promising a one-off boost of £600 million, managed by an independent task force rather than government, to deal with the backlog exacerbated by the pandemic.
