Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal will be working together once again! The two actors, who previously starred in Nocturnal Animals together, will be co-producing a new movie based on Suzanne Simard’s memoir “Finding the Mother Tree”, Variety reports.
The book is described as a dazzling scientific detective story about the woman who first discovered how trees communicate underground through an immense web of fungi. Suzanne‘s work has been hailed and praised by many, calling her research as having “planetary significance.” It’s also rumored to have influenced creative works including James Cameron’s Avatar and author Richard Powers.
