West Ham are chasing Amiens striker Serhou Guirassy, according to the French club’s president. Guirassy, 24, has scored nine goals in 23 games for the Ligue 1 side but is on the market this summer.
And Amiens president Bernard Joanin claims the Hammers have made it clear they want the £18.7m-rated centre forward. He said: “There are several English clubs that want him, like West Ham who are very clear on that. “There are other clubs, including offers from other French clubs.
And if people make an offer at the right price I will allow Serhou to leave.” West Ham are in the market for a striker as record buy Sebastien Haller has struggled in his debut Premier League season, scoring just seven goals.
