Simon Cowell cast the deciding vote Wednesday to send young opera singer Victory Brinker to the season 16 finals of America's Got Talent.The 61-year-old judge and executive producer voted for nine-year-old Victory over UniCircle Flow at the end of the one-hour results episode on NBC.Victory was one of the five acts selected to advance to the finals to compete for the $1 million prize and the chance to headline a show on the Las Vegas strip.
