AMANDA Holden has told how grief therapy with her husband Chris after their son's tragic stillbirth helped to heal her family.
The Britain's Got Talent judge had sessions of grief therapy to deal with the loss of Theo, who was stillborn in 2011. Brave Amanda, 49, revealed how she coped during the most traumatic of times as she spoke to Loose Women's Kaye Adams today.
She said: "Chris had been really strong, he gathered around the family and we talked about it but he never really showed his emotions because he wanted to be that tower of strength." The star continued: "(Therapy) was more for me and I wanted to take Chris because we were using each other too much for our sorrow, we kind of ran out of tools you would say in how we could help.
