Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has paid tribute to former Love Island host Caroline Flack on the one year anniversary of her tragic death.The Heart Breakfast radio presenter, who turns 50 on Tuesday, led the tributes online alongside the likes of Rita Ora, Laura Whitmore and Iain Stirling.She logged into her Instagram account on Monday to post a sweet snap of her and the late Caroline sharing a hug.The pair posed up a storm for the camera and playfully pouted their lips.Amanda penned alongside the snap: "I think about this little one a lot, what she would be up to now and how she would be coping in this weird new world that changes every day.
