Amanda Bynes' lawyer David Esquibia says recent reports that the actress'seven-year legal conservatorship had been 'extended to March 2023' were incorrect.In a statement to People,Esquibia explained that the 35-year-old's conservatorship is 'open day to day' and that a status report, not an extension, had been scheduled for 2023.'A status report regarding her health and welfare was recently filed and approved by the court.
By law, the next status report is due in two years. Her conservatorship will terminate when it is no longer convenient for Amanda,' the attorney's statement read.
