Manchester United winger Amad has apologised to supporters after he fluffed his lines on a golden opportunity for the team in the draw with Young Boys.
United brought their Champions League group stage campaign to a close on Wednesday as they were held 1-1 by the visiting Swiss outfit.
With United already safely through to the knock-out stages in top spot, Ralf Rangnick took the opportunity to make 11 changes to the starting XI and get a good look at the rest of his squad, with Amad being one of the beneficiaries.
It looked as though they were in for a comfortable evening, too, after Mason Greenwood acrobatically volleyed in Luke Shaw's cross after just nine minutes.
