ALEX Rodriguez is said to be 'shocked' by Jennifer Lopez's reunion with her former fiancé Ben Affleck - a month after they called off their engagement.

The former MLB star, 45, reportedly believed that he and the 51-year-old singer would "reconnect" despite calling time on their relationship after four years together in April.

A source close to Rodriguez told E! News: "A-Rod is shocked that JLo has moved on. "He truly thought they would be able to make it work and reconnect.
