Alec Baldwin has deleted a snap of himself covered in blood on the set of upcoming Western movie Rust after he accidentally shot the film’s cinematographer and director.

The tragedy sadly killed Director of Photography Halyna Hutchins at the age of 42, while 48-year-old Director Joel Souza was admitted to intensive care with serious injuries at Albuquerque’s University of New Mexico Hospital.Hours before the heartbreaking accident, Alec, 63, posed on the Bonanza Creek Ranch set near Santa Fe dressed as his bearded, blood-soaked lead character.The star could be seen slightly hunched beside a trailer wearing a scruffy waistcoat and shirt with frayed cuffs.He also sported a bandana and dusty cowboy boots as he clutched a bloodied jacket in.
