It originated in the US, used as the first day of the Christmas shopping calendar on the day after Thanksgiving. Aldi is yet to confirm its full range of Black Friday deals, but despite last year having to take place virtually due to the English November lockdown, they labelled it their “biggest and best-ever Black Friday”.
Shoppers participating in Black Friday or Cyber Monday the following Monday (November 29), are recommended to plan their budget and shop around to get the best deals.
