mirror.co.ukBollywood star and former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been rushed to hospital with coronavirus symptoms after testing positive for Covid-19 earlier this week.
She and her daughter Aaradhya, eight, have been taken for treatment at Mumbai's Nanavati Hospital, after Aishwarya's husband Abhishek Bachchan and her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan were hospitalised with the deadly virus last Saturday.
The highly infectious bug appears to have swept through the entire family, although luckily Amitabh's wife Jaya Bachchan has tested negative.
Aishwarya, 46, and her daughter Aaradhya had been isolating at home by themselves since 44-year-old Abhishek's hospitalisation six days before their own.
