America's Got Talent: Extreme has paused production indefinitely following a terrifying on set accident.Stuntman Jonathan Goodwin was feared to have been killed when the stunt rehearsal went horribly wrong last Thursday night.On Sunday, a spokesperson for AGT: Extreme said production on the show would be 'temporarily' halted, according to Deadline.com.
