The superstar singer, 32, split from her partner, 46, in 2019 and they are now going through the process of dissolving their marriage.
The Sun reports they recently reached an agreement over their finances and custody of their son Angelo, eight, and used mediators to get them through the process.
The publication claims paperwork confirming the deal has now been filed with court officials in Los Angeles, which both Adele and Simon live.
