Adam Lallana enjoyed a dream return to Anfield as Brighton stunned Liverpool on Wednesday night. Lallana, 32, joined the Seagulls on a free transfer in the summer after departing Liverpool after a six-year spell.
The midfielder came off the bench as Steven Alzate’s goal condemned Jurgen Klopp’s side to another home defeat following what Lallana labelled a near-perfect performance.
