The 19-year-old who is of interest to United has scored four goals in nine starts in the Europa League for the Czech side this season, with Sima scoring a total of 19 goals in 35 appearances in all competitions.
The forward has mostly been playing as a right-sided attacker for Slavia, although sources expect Sima to develop into a centre forward.
The Manchester Evening News understands that Sima would be eligible for a Governing Body Endorsement (GBE) should he leave Slavia this summer.
