A Place in the Sun fans claimed they were 'sold' on a terraced townhouse in Málaga, Spain because it is in close proximity to an Aldi supermarket.During Wednesday evening's episode (August 10), presenter Scarlett Douglas was showing Hazel and her good friend Paula around a number of properties along Málaga's east coast, in a bid to find her dream holiday home on a budget of £250,000.

I’m sold."Another tweeted: "Mmm. Nice just up the road from Aldi."A third commented: "Good old Aldi."However, not everyone was impressed by the supermarket location as one user added: "Aldi is all over the shop in Spain." In the end, Hazel went for a five-bedroom property in Caleta de Velez because she found the "views and the spaciousness" the most appealing from the selection of townhouses she visited on the show.
