A Place in the Sun appeared to get a bit tense when Laura Hamilton took a couple to a house they wouldn't put a foot inside.In Thursday's episode of the Channel 4 show, that first aired last August, property hunters Karen and Alastair were searching for a slower pace of life in the Dordogne countryside in France.They had a budget of £175,000 and quite a specific set of demands, preferring a lot of privacy and a location that was as quiet as possible.While the first property failed they impress them, they did like number two because it had a high-walled garden that was completely private.Laura was even more hopeful for property number three, a traditional farmhouse valued at £156,881 in Savignac-Lédrier.But the TV presenter was gobsmacked.
