I don't know about you, but there's nothing quite like a compliment from a stranger to brighten your day. Just this week, as I was getting into the groove on my reformer bed during my regular Pilates session, the lady next to me paused her exercise to lean over and inquire about my perfume. "Sorry but you smell incredible," she complimented, and she really meant it, too.
